SMART Goals
Instructions: Expand on the goal you set in the Nine Boxes using the SMART Criteria outlined in the SMART Goals. Be sure to explain each step completely.
1. Go back to week 3 and review Original Goal (what you wrote in the 9 Box):
2. What belief, value or interest is this goal based on?
3. What aspects can you control?
4. Is this a short term or a long-term goal? If it is short term, what is your long-term goal? If it is long term, what is a short-term goal to help you reach that goal?
5. Did you meet your goal during these past 8 weeks?
Revise your goal now using the SMART criteria below:

A(ttainable)
R(elevant)
T(imely) or T(imebound)
6. Write out your new goal including all parts of the SMART goal and submit to Dropbox.
